Hosted twice a year at The Agenda Arena, Dubai Media City, each edition draws 2,000+ live attendees, is livestreamed worldwide, and partners with leading names such as Vogue Brasil.

Application Process

Submit the online form with your measurements, snapshots, and a 30-second walk video.

Virtual pre-screen – our casting panel reviews submissions weekly.

Live call-back – shortlisted applicants invited to The Agenda Arena for an in-person audition.

Final lineup announced four weeks before show day; successful models receive full show schedule and media kit.

Do I need agency representation?
No—independent talents are welcome. If you're agency-signed, include your agent's contact for coordination.
What are the minimum requirements?
Height ≥ 170 cm (women) / 182 cm (men); age 18+. See full measurement guide in the application form.
Does Fashion Factor cover travel?
We provide UAE ground transport for finalists. International travel is the model's responsibility.
Visa help?
Yes—our legal partner issues invitation letters for selected non-resident models.
